Shipping Information All books are shipped directly from the author. Because each copy is signed and packed by hand, please allow 2–3 business days for handling before your order ships.
Carrier: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to keep costs affordable for you.
Transit Time: Ground Advantage typically takes 2–8 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your distance from Key West.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your label is printed.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of autographed books, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Damaged Items We take great care in packaging your books to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your book arrives damaged by the carrier:
Please snap a photo of the damaged packaging and the book.
Email us at david@phantompress.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will happily ship a replacement copy at no extra cost to you.
Privacy Policy
What I Collect When you purchase a book, I collect your name, shipping address, and email address. This information is used solely to:
Fulfill and ship your order.
Communicate with you about your order status.
Send you my author newsletter (only if you opted in).
Payment Information All payments are processed securely through [Stripe / PayPal / Squarespace]. I never see or store your full credit card number.
Sharing Your Data I respect your privacy. I will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Your address is shared only with the shipping carrier (USPS) and my shipping software (Pirate Ship) for the purpose of delivering your package.
